Countryside Village Outdoor Markets is an annual event that takes place on the 3 acre property of Countryside Village Gifts in Braidwood, IL. We showcase artisans and creators that share a passion for handmade, repurposed items and more. Join us on the 3rd Saturday of June, July, August and September. Live music will be flowing while shoppers explore the variety of handmade artisans, and Specialty Food Vendors. Grab lunch at one of our food trucks and sample some of our favorite Wines and Beer.
There is No Admission Fee for shoppers. Sorry, No Pets Please!

We select between 65-70 vendors to participate in our markets and do limit the number of similar vendors per category, so spaces are limited! Vendors are chosen by our Committee for each market, based on aesthetic of their set up and items sold (please provide at least 3 photos, including 1 of booth set up). **Early submission of application does not guarantee a space. All applications are reviewed by our Committee and responded to within 2 weeks.
General Information.
Vendors are required to share events on all social media to assist with marketing. Countryside Village heavily advertises through our FB pages, paid social media boosts, several local community FB group pages, local newspapers, local radio advertisements, over 5000 on our VIP email list, plus over 6000 advertising cards goes into each customers bags at the storefront, from January-September and more.
This is an OUTDOOR show and will go on RAIN OR SHINE. All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and any other supplies needed. We do have VERY LIMITED tents and/or tables available for a small fee.
All food & beverage vendors must comply with the Will County Health Department 815-727-8480
Set-up information and times will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks before the events. Set up times vary, they are assigned according to where your booth assignment is and how much time you tell us that you will need. Times will vary between 6:00am-8:00am. Please arrive at your designated time assigned, you will not be able to get in any sooner and you may have a wait if you come later. If you arrive after 8:15, you will forfeit your space.
The Countryside Village Outdoor Market is a juried event and vendors are selected based on the goods they have to offer, along with their displays, items are subject to the show's committee's discretion.
*MLM and Direct Sales companies, such as Mary Kay, Color Street, Tastefully Simple, etc., and flea market items are not accepted into our markets and applications will not be approved.
To be considered, all applicants MUST submit an application with detailed description of goods for sale, along with 3 photos showing their products as well as a booth set up. A completed application does not guarantee a space.
Once a vendor is approved they will be notified with an invoice and payment is due immediately to secure your space.
Spaces are ONLY guaranteed once approval, payment and confirmation are made.
Payments can be made by PayPal. Cash or Checks are also accepted by dropping off at the storefront or snail mail.
If you have a signed and approved contract, please make every effort to attend the event. A lot of work goes into making these markets successful, No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations hurt not only the markets but your fellow vendors participating. We turn away many great vendors for you and we expect you to participate once you’re approved.
**Fees will not be refunded due to weather or should you not be able to attend. **NO Show Cancellations prior to open— $20.00 fine per event and loss of booth fees. You will not be invited back to participate in future events. Early take-down is not allowed, not only for the safety of our customers, it is not fair to your fellow vendors around you. You will not be invited back to participate in future events.
State Sales Tax for the day, is the sole responsibility of the vendor and to be paid to the Illinois Department of Revenue Collections Agent’s Guide Sheet. Will County tax rate is 7%
