Accepted vendor setup
Accepted vendors receive setup instructions and an assigned arrival time during the week of their event. Review your event email before arriving. For applications and general rules, visit Outdoor Markets.
Arrive at your assigned time
Setup information and your designated arrival time will be sent during the week of the event. Arrival assignments range from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please arrive at your assigned time. Arriving after 8:15 a.m. forfeits the space.
Vendor parking
Vendor parking is limited to one vehicle. The vehicle make, model, and license plate must be provided in advance.
Wait until 2:00 p.m. to tear down
Early teardown is not allowed. Follow the teardown, packing and gate-closing instructions in your event email. Storefront hours vary by event and do not replace your assigned departure instructions.
